1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Worldwide Aluminium Limited Company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, product catalog, custom fabrication services, wholesale orders, and digital payment portals.

By requesting a quote, placing an order, making a payment, or utilizing our architectural and fabrication services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not proceed with ordering or submitting project requests.

2. Product Specifications & Custom Fabrication

We manufacture, supply, and install architectural aluminium profiles, curtain walls, doors, windows, roofing systems, industrial extrusions, and aluminium cookware.

• Custom Fabrication: Orders based on client-provided architectural blueprints, CAD drawings, or custom dimensions are fabricated according to the approved specifications. Clients are responsible for verifying accuracy before signing off on shop drawings.
• Tolerances & Finishes: All products are manufactured adhering to certified ISO extrusion tolerances and industry-standard anodized, PVDF powder coat, or sublimated surface finishes.
• Minor Variations: Standard industrial variations in profile extrusions, color batch shading, or minor dimension tolerances within ISO guidelines do not constitute defect or non-compliance.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

Quotations provided by Worldwide Aluminium are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

• Payment Methods: Payments may be made securely online via our Paystack gateway (accepting Mobile Money MTN/Telecel/AT and Ghana Debit/Credit Cards), bank wire transfer, or direct office settlement.
• Deposit Requirements: For custom fabrication and project-based architectural installations, a minimum deposit (typically 50% to 70% as specified in your job invoice) is required prior to factory production setup and raw material allocation.
• Balance Due: The remaining balance is due prior to final dispatch, site delivery, or upon agreed project milestone handovers.

4. Delivery, Shipping & Site Access

Estimated manufacturing and delivery lead times are provided in good faith based on current raw material availability and workshop scheduling.

• Dispatch Location: Deliveries originate from our Takoradi manufacturing workshop or designated warehousing hubs.
• Site Accessibility: For site deliveries and field erection, the client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and unhindered vehicle access to the job site.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Clients or authorized site representatives must inspect delivered goods upon arrival and report any visible transit damages or shortages within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Field Installation & On-Site Erection

When installation services are contracted, our field technicians operate under strict safety guidelines.

• The client must ensure civil structures (masonry openings, structural steel framing, slab edges) are structurally sound and ready for bracket installation according to agreed timelines.
• Delays caused by site unreadiness, restricted access, or uncompleted civil work by third-party contractors may incur site standing charges.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We stand behind the quality of our aluminium products and structural craftsmanship.

• Warranty Coverage: Structural extrusions and surface coatings carry standard factory warranties against corrosion, structural delamination, and material defect under normal environmental exposure.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages arising from unauthorized physical alterations, improper handling by third parties, severe chemical abuse, or force majeure events.
• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total contract price paid for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property & Rights

All website content, engineering designs, proprietary profile CAD details, product photographs, branding elements, and trade secrets belong exclusively to Worldwide Aluminium Limited Company. Unauthorized duplication or commercial exploitation without written authorization is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ghana.
